Our Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) program provides structured, engaging, and culturally relevant resources to help children develop emotional intelligence, build positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.
Our research-based curriculum, coping tools, and professional training programs are designed specifically for the Jewish community, ensuring that the content is relatable, effective, and impactful.

What is SEL?
Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) is the process of developing essential life skills such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, social skills, and problem-solving. By fostering these abilities, SEL helps children improve their relationships, manage stress, and succeed in school and beyond.
Our approach to SEL goes beyond theory, it’s interactive, practical, and tailored to real-life situations children face every day. By equipping children with these skills early on, we empower them to navigate challenges with confidence and resilience.

The Heart and Mind Matters SEL program, has been a game changer for me. It is an easy to follow step by step skill based social skills program with beautiful and engaging graphics. There are worksheets, games, and ideas to help facilitate mastery of each skill. Each concept is practical and imperative for a child’s success.
