Our Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) program provides structured, engaging, and culturally relevant resources to help children develop emotional intelligence, build positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.

Our research-based curriculum, coping tools, and professional training programs are designed specifically to ensure that the content is relatable, effective, and impactful.

Hi, I’m Henny Moskovits.

After years of working directly with children, parents, schools, and therapists, I saw how many children struggled with friendships, emotional regulation, frustration, and everyday social challenges, even when they were trying their best.

What began as tools used in my own work grew into practical SEL resources designed to help children build the emotional, behavioral, and relationship skills they need in everyday life, while helping the adults supporting them feel more confident and less alone.

  • “Nobody likes me.”

Your child constantly comes home upset about friendships, feels left out easily, or struggles to connect socially.

  • “It’s not fair!”

Small frustrations quickly turn into hurt feelings, arguments, meltdowns, or conflict that feels overwhelming for everyone involved.

  • “Why does this always happen to me?”

Your child is bright, capable, and trying, but socially, emotionally, or behaviorally, something still seems to keep getting in the way.

Understanding the heart behind the behavior.

Supporting the mind behind the struggle.

What is SEL?

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) is the process of developing essential life skills such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, social skills, and problem-solving. By fostering these abilities, SEL helps children improve their relationships, manage stress, and succeed in school and beyond.

Our approach to SEL goes beyond theory, it’s interactive, practical, and tailored to real-life situations children face every day. By equipping children with these skills early on, we empower them to navigate challenges with confidence and resilience.
