Shipping policy

Heart & Mind Matters offers digital products and two physical products: the Unit 1 physical copy and the Coping Tools workbook physical copy.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered online and do not require shipping. No shipping fee is charged for digital products. Access or download information will be provided electronically after purchase.

Physical Products

Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order:

• Unit 1 physical copy: $25 shipping per order
• Coping Tools workbook physical copy: $12 shipping per order

If an order includes both physical products, the flat shipping charge is $25 for the order. The higher rate applies; the two rates are not added together.

The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Information

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Heart & Mind Matters is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Changes and Returns

All sales are final, including purchases of digital and physical products, workshops, and recordings. Please review your order and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. For more information, please see our Refund Policy.
